Lead consulting engagements by defining project approaches, coordinating teams, analyzing qualitative and quantitative data, testing hypotheses, synthesizing findings, and presenting recommendations to clients. The role also contributes thought leadership, business development, internal firm initiatives, and mentorship of junior consultants, with a focus on emerging pharmaceutical clients.

Supports the design and delivery of customer experiences, services, products, and brand interactions. Conducts qualitative research, creates experience maps, user journeys, service blueprints, personas, and prototypes, and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams and clients throughout the design process. Facilitates design-thinking workshops, translates research into strategy, prepares presentations, and helps develop actionable recommendations. The role focuses on human-centered experience and service design, particularly for healthcare and life sciences clients.

Consults with clients to define customer engagement strategies, design marketing technology and customer data solutions, lead implementation and activation, and measure outcomes. Manages project workstreams, requirements gathering, solution roadmaps, stakeholder coordination, risks, and delivery milestones. Partners with architects and technical teams, leads client workshops, supports proposals and business cases, and mentors junior consultants. The role focuses on customer experience transformation, omnichannel marketing, analytics, and data-driven technology solutions.
