Build datasets, evaluations, and scalable data infrastructure for improving frontier AI models on biological and scientific tasks. The role combines software engineering, biology, and frontier AI research in an ambiguous, rapidly evolving environment.

Own learning and development for customer experience teams, customers, and partners. Build courses, assessments, learning paths, onboarding programs, and in-app guidance; administer the Docebo LMS; manage content governance; use learner feedback, metrics, AI, and product roadmaps to improve engagement, adoption, and retention. Partner with subject matter experts, product and engineering teams, and occasionally deliver customer webinars or workshops.

Leads enterprise customer solution and value assessments, translating scientific and business needs into tailored Benchling solutions and quantified strategic, operational, and financial benefits. Coordinates sales, product, professional services, and customer success teams; creates executive deliverables, business cases, roadmaps, and reusable value-framework assets. Provides industry and competitive thought leadership, supports differentiation, and communicates customer insights to product and marketing teams.
