Responsibilities include achieving sales objectives, presenting clinical and business information, executing brand strategies, influencing product adoption, managing customer relationships, navigating reimbursement issues, and collaborating with internal teams to improve business results.

Installs, repairs, services, tests, and maintains medical device equipment at customer facilities across Eastern New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Provides technical support, troubleshooting, service documentation, stakeholder updates, and proactive service scheduling. Maintains vehicle inventory and calibrated equipment, evaluates new products, supports technical bulletins and procedures, and promotes process improvements. Requires physical work, use of hand and electronic tools, schedule flexibility, and technical proficiency with applicable product modalities.
