Support DOE/NNSA contract acquisition and administration across the contract lifecycle. Perform business analysis, cost/price analysis, negotiation, subcontractor management, and ensure deliverables meet senior stakeholder expectations. Provide project support, acquisition planning, performance metrics, and interface with government and contractor managers.

Provide Tier 1-3 IBM TRIRIGA help desk support, triage and resolve tickets, maintain user profiles/configurations, develop and deliver end-user training, create and update online help/documentation, participate in status reporting, and provide occasional on-site support while working remotely on Eastern Time hours.

Provide TRIRIGA implementation and configuration expertise for enterprise facilities management solutions. Design solutions, develop FRDDs, produce documentation and test cases, support stakeholders and development teams, troubleshoot, and deliver projects on time within cloud and federal security environments.
