Lead and support end-to-end client implementations of Fusion’s cloud-based operational resilience software on Salesforce and Force.com. Configure solutions, manage testing, documentation, migrations, and user stories; facilitate project activities, demonstrations, and client communications. Senior consultants help deliver project scope, work across multiple engagements, and contribute to successful client outcomes while developing Salesforce certifications and applying AI tools to improve efficiency.

Provides customer-facing data integration consulting for the Fusion platform. Assesses data readiness, sources, quality, and governance; designs data models, mappings, and load strategies; recommends APIs, bulk loads, ETL/ELT, middleware, and automation approaches; configures and troubleshoots integrations; leads customer workshops; mentors implementation consultants; develops reusable integration patterns; and partners with Product and Engineering on roadmap improvements.

Leads complex client programs, providing strategic direction, stakeholder management, operational improvement, budget and resource oversight, risk mitigation, change control, and performance reporting. The role manages contractual obligations, project deliverables, escalations, client relationships, and portfolio-level collaboration while partnering with Customer Success, Account, and PMO teams.

Leads Growth Marketing strategy and execution across demand capture, enterprise demand creation, account-based programs, pipeline generation, analytics, AI enablement, and cross-functional GTM orchestration. Owns pipeline and revenue outcomes, builds scalable operating systems, optimizes investment using account and pipeline evidence, and develops teams across BDR, digital advertising, demand generation operations, and marketing analytics.

Provides Salesforce technical architecture and development support for client engagements during a team member’s leave. Designs, builds, tests, deploys, and reviews secure, scalable Apex solutions using Lightning Web Components, Flow, Platform Events, and integrations. Translates requirements into technical designs, advises implementation consultants, troubleshoots blockers, supports client technical teams, documents work, and uses AI-assisted development tools. The contract is full-time at approximately 40 hours per week.

Senior individual contributor owning GTM strategy for Third Party Risk Management and Operational Risk Management. Drive positioning, messaging, pricing, launches, analyst relations, competitive intelligence, and market opportunity analysis while partnering cross-functionally with product, sales, and executive leadership to increase adoption and revenue.

Operate and improve an AI-driven delivery harness: translate product requirements into agent-ready specifications, run and steer AI coding agents through delivery, review and validate outputs, iterate prompts and guardrails, and collaborate with product and engineering teams to ship high-quality, production-ready features.
