Lead and support end-to-end client implementations of Fusion’s cloud-based operational resilience software on Salesforce and Force.com. Configure solutions, manage testing, documentation, migrations, and user stories; facilitate project activities, demonstrations, and client communications. Senior consultants help deliver project scope, work across multiple engagements, and contribute to successful client outcomes while developing Salesforce certifications and applying AI tools to improve efficiency.

Provides customer-facing data integration consulting for the Fusion platform. Assesses data readiness, sources, quality, and governance; designs data models, mappings, and load strategies; recommends APIs, bulk loads, ETL/ELT, middleware, and automation approaches; configures and troubleshoots integrations; leads customer workshops; mentors implementation consultants; develops reusable integration patterns; and partners with Product and Engineering on roadmap improvements.

Leads complex client programs, providing strategic direction, stakeholder management, operational improvement, budget and resource oversight, risk mitigation, change control, and performance reporting. The role manages contractual obligations, project deliverables, escalations, client relationships, and portfolio-level collaboration while partnering with Customer Success, Account, and PMO teams.
