Translates national strategy into regional execution plans and communicates customer, product, and operational insights to cross-functional leadership.

Manage retention, renewals, and expansion of Halter customers across the West Coast. Onboard and train farmers, build long-term relationships, act as customer advocate, troubleshoot technical and operational issues, and drive farmer success and revenue growth while representing Halter in the community.
