Leads and develops Territory Managers across the Desert Southwest, spending approximately 60% of the time in the field coaching sales reps and supporting customer opportunities. Owns regional revenue performance, pipeline quality, Salesforce hygiene, forecasting, recruiting, and team culture. Translates national strategy into regional execution plans and communicates customer, product, and operational insights to cross-functional leadership.

Manage retention, renewals, and expansion of Halter customers across the West Coast. Onboard and train farmers, build long-term relationships, act as customer advocate, troubleshoot technical and operational issues, and drive farmer success and revenue growth while representing Halter in the community.
