Build and scale design systems, templates, components, and visual asset libraries using Figma and AI-powered workflows. Support art directors and interactive designers through rapid prototyping, asset generation, animation, and workflow automation. Maintain brand consistency, technical precision, accessibility, and responsive design standards across marketing deliverables. The role requires enterprise design systems experience, advanced Figma expertise, generative design tool knowledge, systemic thinking, collaboration, and a portfolio demonstrating asset generation and organized Figma files.

Build and deploy AI-enabled workflows across internal departments, partnering with subject-matter experts to identify opportunities, develop agentic solutions, evaluate outcomes, and drive production adoption. Define forward deployment playbooks, onboarding standards, support practices, and reusable platform capabilities. Contribute to the enterprise AI platform and advise senior technical and business leaders on applied AI strategy and implementation.

Leads the strategy, roadmap, operating model, and execution of the company’s digital employee experience. Improves employee journeys, self-service channels, knowledge discovery, support workflows, collaboration tools, and hybrid work experiences. Partners across IT, HR, Security, Facilities, Communications, Procurement, and business teams to implement employee-facing technology, drive adoption and change, measure impact, and report on outcomes. Manages and develops a multidisciplinary digital workplace and employee experience team.
