Lead the Prism engineering team, an internal AI productivity platform. Manage and develop software engineers, define and execute the AI platform roadmap, oversee AI infrastructure such as model-routing and evaluation tools, and partner with internal developer customers to drive adoption. The role requires people management, AI developer-tooling expertise, platform engineering experience, and the ability to deliver rapidly in an ambiguous, greenfield environment.

Own and operate foundational AI developer experience platforms, including AI gateways, model routing, evaluation systems, and coding harnesses. Lead architecture, technical standards, execution, incident resolution, and cross-team alignment. Build AI usage telemetry and cost allocation systems, partner with internal developers as platform customers, maintain technical roadmaps, and mentor engineers. Develop cloud-native distributed systems and AI-assisted tooling while ensuring security, data governance, testing, and operational excellence.

Own the company-wide cloud networking vision and multi-year architecture roadmap across AWS, Kubernetes, multi-region environments, edge services, connectivity, and infrastructure automation. Lead AI-enabled networking automation, operational excellence, incident response, security and compliance collaboration, progressive traffic delivery, and network observability. Provide strategic technical leadership, influence investment and architecture decisions, mentor senior engineers, and guide cross-functional initiatives from design through execution.
