Own month-end close activities across multiple entities and currencies, strengthen GL processes and controls, lead cross-functional projects (implementations, audits, new entities), mentor junior staff, support management reporting and ad-hoc analysis, and drive process improvements and automation using AI tools.

Own and process accurate monthly EMEA payrolls and provide APAC coverage. Reconcile payrolls and journal entries, liaise with local vendors and cross-functional teams, handle one-time payments and benefits, generate payroll reports, and improve payroll workflows while providing employee support.

Lead people analytics for Recruiting owning end-to-end data pipelines, dashboards, and headcount/velocity models. Translate hiring targets into pipeline math, define recruiting metrics, deliver actionable insights in pipeline reviews, and partner with Recruiting and Finance to remove bottlenecks. Build trusted, self-serve reporting from Ashby and Snowflake and use AI to accelerate analysis and narratives.

Own and scale Notion's North America channel partner program. Recruit, onboard, enable, and manage resellers/VARs to drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue. Build joint GTM and demand-generation programs, align partner activity to sales pipeline, optimize partner operations, surface new partnerships, and represent partner needs cross-functionally while shaping the future channel strategy.

Lead design and execution of the SOX/ICFR program, drive enterprise risk assessments, embed automation and AI into control testing, advise on cross-functional transformations, perform operational audits, manage external audit relationships, and report control health to leadership and the Audit Committee.

Lead cross-cutting security programs across product, infrastructure, and AI. Own authentication migrations (SAML/OIDC, OAuth, passkeys, sessions), build AI safety guardrails (prompt-injection protections, provenance), and advance authorization platform architecture. Coordinate across multiple engineering teams, ship secure primitives, run RFCs and rollouts, and mentor engineers to reduce vulnerabilities and improve secure adoption.

Manage U.S. international tax provision and compliance (ASC 740, GILTI, Subpart F, BEAT, FTC), lead global filing and audits, drive cross-border tax planning and OECD Pillar Two readiness, oversee transfer pricing and withholding processes, maintain tax models, serve as technical lead on audits and special projects, and identify automation opportunities.

Lead redesign and scale of global new-hire onboarding and employee experience programs. Build an AI-powered onboarding operating system, create Day 1 and lifecycle rituals, dogfood product features, partner with People Operations and Workplace teams, prototype and measure program impact, and drive repeatable systems that deepen employee connection to Notion's mission and product.

Build and operate high-signal detections and the detection platform across cloud, identity, endpoints, and SaaS. Automate triage and investigation workflows, translate threat intelligence into detections, participate in incident response and on-call, and track metrics like coverage and MTTD to drive improvements.

Lead end-to-end lifecycle programs to drive adoption, retention, and monetization. Build scalable systems using AI and automation, translate product and customer signals into targeted email and in‑product journeys, run rigorous experiments with Data and Product, and communicate results to influence roadmap and stakeholder decisions.

Lead global go-to-market strategy and operations for Sales and Post-Sales: build forecasting and performance reporting, run strategic GTM analyses, design operating cadence and KPI frameworks, operationalize GTM initiatives, and create automation and AI-enabled workflows to increase efficiency and executive decision-making.

Build and own the operational systems, workflows, tooling, and measurement for Notion's global community programs. Create scalable Notion databases, automations, integrations, and dashboards; run onboarding, member support, reimbursements, swag and event logistics; partner with program owners, regional leads, Marketing, and Finance to scale programs while preserving quality and localization.

Work on Notion's Web Infrastructure to improve page load and interaction latency, modularize the client, implement lazy loading and caching, and build developer tooling and best practices to boost performance and developer velocity across product teams.

Lead compensation, equity, and benefits strategy at Notion: design pay philosophy, compensation architecture, executive compensation, global equity programs, and AI-forward tooling. Build governance, metrics, and processes, partner with C-suite/Board/Finance/Legal, and grow a high-performing Total Rewards team to support scaling and retention.

Own the startup onboarding and trial experience to drive activation, engagement, conversion and retention. Build scalable onboarding and lifecycle programs, create educational and engagement experiences, identify friction, run regional initiatives and events, track program metrics, and develop operational frameworks including automated scorecards to surface high-potential startups.
