Lead UX research focused on evaluating Notion's AI experiences: define reusable rubrics, run longitudinal and feature-specific studies, uncover failure modes and recovery behaviors, and operationalize evaluation workflows with Product, Design, Engineering, and Data Science to measure and improve AI-driven user outcomes.

Own and process accurate monthly EMEA payrolls and provide APAC coverage. Reconcile payrolls and journal entries, liaise with local vendors and cross-functional teams, handle one-time payments and benefits, generate payroll reports, and improve payroll workflows while providing employee support.
