Coach engineers, manage performance, improve team processes, and recruit exceptional talent while translating enterprise needs into reusable platform capabilities.

Own Retool’s AI monetization, enterprise expansion, and usage controls. Define product strategy, pricing, packaging, metering, billing, entitlements, budgets, and governance features. Partner with engineering, design, data, finance, sales, and customer success to increase organizational adoption, improve spend predictability, and drive sustainable expansion revenue. Lead projects from customer discovery through launch, measurement, and iteration.
