Build scalable systems for Retool Workflows and Agents, including orchestration engines, execution infrastructure, AI integrations, and developer tooling. Own projects from architecture through launch, monitoring, and iteration while improving platform reliability and developer experience. Collaborate with product, design, and customers to solve automation challenges, shape technical direction, review code, and mentor engineers.

Own the strategy and roadmap for Retool’s integration platform, including data connectivity, reusable resources, and third-party partnerships. Lead 0-to-1 product development from customer research through launch and iteration, collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and customer success, and make build-versus-partner decisions. Define scalable platform capabilities, improve builder experiences, and support connections to databases, APIs, storage systems, AI models, and enterprise systems.

Define Retool’s enterprise AI platform infrastructure strategy and roadmap. Lead products for deployment, observability, access control, audit logging, APIs, infrastructure as code, and MCP. Partner with engineering and technical enterprise customers to address reliability, security, scalability, isolation, cost, and operational challenges for AI agents and applications. Drive initiatives from discovery through launch, adoption, and iteration while translating recurring customer needs into durable platform capabilities.
