Set technical strategy and architecture, guide execution, ensure reliability, partner with Product, Design, customers, and go-to-market teams, and coach, recruit, and develop engineers. The role focuses on scalable workflow execution, state management, observability, human oversight, debugging, and dependable AI automation in production.

Lead Retool’s Enterprise Platform engineering team, guiding full-stack development of deployment infrastructure, permissions, audit logging, admin tools, and API/MCP integrations. Set technical strategy and architecture, deliver scalable and secure platform capabilities, partner with product, design, customers, and go-to-market teams, and support AI agent workloads. Coach engineers, manage performance, recruit talent, improve execution processes, and balance customer needs with reliability, security, and long-term maintainability.

Own Retool’s AI monetization, enterprise expansion, and administrative controls. Set product strategy and roadmaps, improve organizational adoption, define usage-based billing and packaging, build metering and spend-control systems, and partner with engineering, design, finance, data, sales, and customer success. Work directly with enterprise customers to understand adoption barriers, measure product and commercial outcomes, and lead initiatives from discovery through launch and iteration.
