Lead design for Retool's core platform systems, focusing on integrating AI, crafting user experiences, and collaborating closely with product and engineering teams to scale effective solutions.

Own post-sale growth for a portfolio of large enterprise accounts: build executive relationships, perform whitespace analysis, design growth programs, run internal customer marketing and demos, surface qualified expansion opportunities to AEs, partner on business value measurement, and provide field insights to Product and GTM teams to drive adoption and expansion.
