Oversee nationwide document scanning centers and lead large-scale scanning/conversion projects from initiation to completion. Conduct customer assessments, develop SOWs and proposals, coordinate sales and operations, manage budgets/resources/timelines, ensure quality and contractual compliance, and identify process improvements.

Operate and maintain large-format digital printers and finishing equipment to produce high-quality color graphics. Manage color accuracy and RIP/color workflows, prepare and proof files in Adobe Creative Suite, perform vinyl prep and finishing tasks, troubleshoot equipment and files, inspect and package finished products, and assist customers and other departments to meet production deadlines.
