Manage and govern the central IFM supplier relationship and Global Services Agreement, drive account development plans, support contract renewals and RFPs, lead commercial negotiations, develop pricing/resourcing models, maintain performance metrics and knowledge repositories, and collaborate with global stakeholders to identify improvements and drive IFM innovation, sustainability, and operational excellence.

Lead architecture and development of end-to-end modem and eSIM integration on OpenWrt platforms. Develop Linux kernel modem drivers, QMI/RMNET/AT stacks, LPA, secure element protocols, SM-DP+ provisioning, connection management, FOTA, carrier certification, CI/CD and HIL test frameworks, and mentor engineering teams while collaborating with carriers, eUICC vendors, and chipset partners.

Lead installation, maintenance, and auditing of optical transport and infrastructure in customer data centers. Perform fiber installation, decommissioning, migrations, remediation, and break/fix. Supervise and conduct optical testing (OTDR, power meters, VFLs), interpret MoPs and network diagrams, and provide customer-facing reports and feedback to technicians.
