Teams at SoFi - TEST - GH API (EA YES)

Build and deploy AI-enabled workflows across internal departments, partnering with business leaders and subject-matter experts. The role combines hands-on software engineering, platform architecture, product discovery, agent development, evaluation design, production adoption, and technical advising. As the first forward deployed engineer, this person will establish operating models, playbooks, standards, and reusable platform capabilities for scaling enterprise AI enablement.

Lead the strategy, roadmap, operating model, and execution of the company’s digital employee experience. Improve employee journeys, portals, knowledge bases, support channels, collaboration tools, workflows, and AI-enabled services. Partner across IT, HR, Security, Workplace, Communications, and business teams to establish experience standards, measure adoption and impact, prioritize initiatives, manage change, and oversee a high-performing digital workplace team.

Implement and monitor pricing strategies for consumer lending by translating strategy into system specifications, validating execution, building automated controls and Tableau dashboards, troubleshooting with engineering, and supporting risk management and partner integrations.
