Field-based sales role responsible for meeting sales targets across assigned Bay Area territory. Develops prospects, manages medium-to-large accounts, delivers value-based presentations, negotiates contracts, and provides product education. Plans territory activity, analyzes business, communicates competitive insights, and collaborates with internal teams. Maintains quality system adherence.

Lead global cross-functional teams to drive AXELIOS product development from initiation through Launch Decision. Set strategy, manage budgets and milestones, identify and mitigate risks, coordinate co-development partnerships, optimize resources, and coach team members to deliver on-time, on-budget sequencing solutions.

Serve as a Quality liaison for Molecular Lab - Sequencing Solutions, ensuring consistent global requirements implementation, risk-based decisions, compliant design and development deliverables, audit support, issue resolution (CAPA/NC), and driving cross-functional alignment to accelerate projects and ensure milestone delivery.
