Lead and coach the US Talent Acquisition team while owning GTM/Sales requisitions; build scalable sourcing programs and EVP, leverage data and AI-enabled recruiting tools, partner with business leaders, deliver executive reporting, and ensure inclusive, consistent hiring practices.

Lead Vertica product management team to define vision, roadmaps, and product operating model. Drive market discovery, prioritize features, validate engineering timelines, engage cross-functional teams, represent product externally, and deliver revenue and customer outcomes for enterprise data and analytics platforms.

Provide commercial legal support to Sales and cross-functional teams: draft, structure and negotiate software, licensing, reseller, cloud and international agreements; advise on data protection, export controls, anti-corruption and other regulatory matters; support deal structuring, risk analysis, corporate governance, and embedding compliance across the business.
