Leads product integrity and quality across new product development programs for water, kitchenware, and cookware. Manages a small quality team, oversees EB0 reviews, Pre-MP VEGA Hacks, predictive quality modeling, testing, safety and certification activities, and DFMEA readiness. Partners with Engineering, Product Development, Testing, Marketing, and external labs to identify and resolve risks before production while improving consumer experience and five-star product performance.

Leads cross-functional new product development programs from ideation through end-of-life. Owns scope, cost, schedule, risks, resources, communication, and delivery across global teams. Facilitates stakeholder collaboration, supports go-to-market strategy, uses KPIs and data for decisions, addresses resource gaps, and escalates risks. Partners with engineering, business, suppliers, customers, and executives to deliver consumer products efficiently and successfully.

Conduct qualitative and quantitative consumer research to identify needs, trends, and innovation opportunities. Analyze consumer feedback, translate findings into actionable recommendations, and support product roadmaps, positioning, experience design, and go-to-market planning. Manage research tools, external partners, and multiple projects while collaborating with Product Development, Marketing, and Design teams. Facilitate focus groups and one-on-one research interviews.
