Drives sales operations for North American distributor and retail partner channels. Responsibilities include SKU-level forecasting, inventory and purchase order planning, sales performance reporting, POS and shipment analysis, trade spend management, chargeback reconciliation, and customer business reviews. The role partners with demand and supply planning, sales, channel management, and distributor replenishment teams to improve forecasting accuracy, inventory availability, and commercial performance.

Leads the global IT SOX compliance program and provides independent oversight of technology controls supporting financial reporting. Oversees ITGCs, access security, segregation of duties, change management, IT operations, automated controls, reports, and system interfaces. Partners with IT, Finance, auditors, and control owners to assess risks, remediate deficiencies, report control health, and prepare for technology changes. Develops team capabilities and advances SOX standardization, automation, analytics, continuous monitoring, and responsible use of emerging technologies.

Provides first-line IT support for office and remote associates, resolving endpoint, network, identity, access, email, and Microsoft 365 issues. Manages user accounts, endpoint provisioning, onboarding and offboarding using Active Directory, Entra ID, Intune, Autopilot, and Jamf. Documents resolutions, maintains support procedures, escalates complex issues, participates in major incident response, and improves support processes. Requires occasional domestic and international travel and limited after-hours support.
