Global Corporate Controller responsible for worldwide controllership, technical accounting, financial reporting, consolidation, audits, internal controls, tax, financial systems, and close processes. The role leads US GAAP and statutory audits, supports M&A, drives process automation and AI adoption, partners with FP&A and senior leadership, prepares audit committee materials, and develops a global accounting team. Candidates must be current global or corporate controllers with extensive public accounting, SEC reporting, technical accounting, and global team leadership experience.
