Provides technical presales support for enterprise accounts across the West region. Partners with Sales, Professional Services, and Partners to qualify opportunities, demonstrate Nexthink’s platform, lead value-based workshops, translate technical capabilities into business outcomes, and support complex transactions. Engages IT executives across security, operations, and service management while acting as a product thought leader. The field-based role requires domestic client travel and occasional travel to other company locations.

Drive new business across a regional territory by building strategic plans, prospecting enterprise accounts, engaging executive stakeholders, leading discovery, POC and negotiations, and closing complex SaaS deals while partnering with internal teams to ensure long-term customer success and territory expansion.
