Provide data-led coaching, run performance and compensation processes, analyze talent metrics, resolve complex employee relations issues, and streamline people workflows to optimize technical team health and performance.

Lead design and implementation of highly available, scalable infrastructure across multi-cloud and bare-metal environments. Drive automation-first culture by coding self-healing systems, mature observability (Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry), define SLIs/SLOs, and serve as incident commander with post-incident analyses and operability reviews.
