Leads and develops a high-performing software engineering team delivering scalable enterprise web applications and high-performance data processing systems. Responsibilities include people management, hiring, mentoring, delivery accountability, architecture and design reviews, process improvement, technical evaluations, cross-functional collaboration, and department-wide engineering excellence. The role provides hands-on guidance for Ruby/Rails systems and supports reliable processing of petabytes of security data.

Leads the design and implementation of Zscaler’s AI-native talent operating system, including talent intelligence, skills-based profiling, internal mobility, career pathing, workforce planning, and succession management. Partners with People, Talent Acquisition, HRBPs, and technology teams to translate workforce insights into development, retention, and organizational capability initiatives. The role requires transforming legacy talent practices into agile, technology-enabled programs for a hyper-growth enterprise.
