Lead commercial ownership for a portfolio of enterprise accounts to drive retention, renewals, and expansion. Build account plans, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities (particularly AI/video solutions), engage C-level stakeholders, manage renewal cycles and forecasts, and partner with Customer Success and Solution Engineering to ensure adoption and measurable value.

Serve as a trusted advisor for enterprise accounts, driving product adoption, providing technical and analytical support, scoping initiatives with internal teams, analyzing usage data, and delivering business reviews and roadmaps to meet retention and growth KPIs.

Drive net-new business and expand existing Tech/High‑Tech enterprise accounts by managing complex, high-value SaaS/AI sales cycles. Perform value-based discovery and demos of real-time video and AI capabilities, build predictable pipeline, and collaborate with solutions engineers and product to close multi-stakeholder deals with C-level buyers.
