Own and grow Kaltura's strategic technology partner and channel ecosystem. Identify and execute partnerships with major tech companies and customers, lead onboarding and enablement, build joint go-to-market plans (co-sell, marketplace, integrations), drive partner-sourced pipeline, work cross-functionally, evangelize product and AI/video capabilities, track partner metrics via CRM, and represent Kaltura at partner meetings and events.

Lead commercial ownership for a portfolio of enterprise accounts to drive retention, renewals, and expansion. Build account plans, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities (particularly AI/video solutions), engage C-level stakeholders, manage renewal cycles and forecasts, and partner with Customer Success and Solution Engineering to ensure adoption and measurable value.

Serve as a trusted advisor for enterprise accounts, driving product adoption, providing technical and analytical support, scoping initiatives with internal teams, analyzing usage data, and delivering business reviews and roadmaps to meet retention and growth KPIs.
