Provide white-glove relationship management and support to high-net-worth executives, advising on equity compensation and Wealth Management products, managing complex equity plan transactions on Shareworks and Equity Edge, educating on 10b5-1 plans, identifying business development opportunities, coordinating internal teams, and ensuring compliant, timely service delivery.

The Executive Director will develop and manage institutional asset-owner relationships across the West Coast, drive fundraising across public and private market strategies, and deliver tailored investment solutions. The role partners with consultant relations, marketing, product specialists, and portfolio management teams to execute client strategies and fund marketing initiatives. Responsibilities include understanding institutional investment objectives, articulating investment strategies, mentoring junior professionals, and supporting relationship growth. Travel is expected as needed, and FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses are required.
