Leads domestic and international business development for Zone 5 Technologies’ precision deep strike weapons portfolio. Owns pipeline strategy, Pwin/Pgo assessments, capture leadership, bid/no-bid recommendations, customer relationships, proposal development, technical demonstrations, and cross-functional alignment. The role requires deep USAF or USN strike warfare, weapons acquisition, test, engineering, or operational experience; expertise in air-launched weapons integration; exceptional technical writing and briefing skills; 25–50% travel; and an active U.S. Secret clearance.

Leads European defense business development for FMS and DCS opportunities involving precision weapons, counter-UAS interceptors, and unmanned systems. Owns regional pipeline, country engagement, partner-nation and U.S. interagency relationships, pursuit strategy, and progression through FMS and DCS milestones. Advises stakeholders on export controls, security cooperation, NATO initiatives, procurement policies, and industrial participation. Requires extensive European defense networks, FMS/DCS expertise, executive communication skills, and active Secret clearance.

Leads reliability and maintainability engineering across unmanned aircraft system lifecycles. Responsibilities include R&M architecture, FMEA/FMECA, fault-tree and reliability-block analysis, FRACAS ownership, reliability predictions, test planning, reliability growth testing, corrective actions, technical documentation, risk mitigation, and customer engagement during design and milestone reviews. The role requires applying military reliability standards and coordinating with manufacturing, logistics, quality, and system safety teams.
