Lead full-life subcontract administration ensuring FAR/DFARS compliance; draft, negotiate, and manage subcontracts; conduct solicitations, cost/price analysis, and source selection; monitor subcontractor performance; support program teams, risk mitigation, audits, and process improvements; mentor junior staff.

Lead system safety activities across the product lifecycle including safety architecture, FHA/FTA/SCFTA, hazard and risk management, and safety verification testing. Develop safety program plans, technical documentation, data collection frameworks, and test plans. Serve as primary customer interface for safety reviews (THAR, NNMSB), support milestone reviews, and drive corrective actions and compliance with MIL-STD-882E.

Lead design, development, and optimization of GNC systems for Group 1-4 UAS. Architect flight control software, run SWIL/HWIL simulations, develop Matlab/Simulink models, perform controls analysis, mentor engineers, lead flight test and R&D, and produce technical documentation.
