Requires autonomy, executive presence, and synthesis of customer and market signals into actionable GTM recommendations.

Lead product planning and execution across the lifecycle for healthcare software: gather requirements, define vision and roadmaps, manage backlog and releases, coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors, handle P&L/forecasting, develop user stories and acceptance criteria, and ensure solution delivery and customer satisfaction.

Lead AI enablement strategy and execution across the organization: identify high-impact AI use cases, design and deploy agentic workflows, build and mentor a delivery team, establish governance and ROI metrics, and drive adoption through training and evangelism to realize measurable business outcomes.
