Drives new business revenue across the Western territory by selling healthcare technology and services, including AI-enabled EHR and RCM solutions. Manages the complete sales cycle from prospecting and needs analysis through demonstrations, proposals, negotiations, forecasting, and closing. Builds executive-level relationships, manages RFPs, maintains Salesforce data, develops territory plans, and meets sales quotas. The role requires complex solution sales experience, healthcare technology knowledge, executive presentations, and 50–75% travel.

Owns end-to-end delivery for a multi-product software program, coordinating product, engineering, quality, implementation, support, training, and go-to-market teams. Responsibilities include roadmap and release planning, capacity management, risk and dependency resolution, executive communication, RAID governance, release readiness, vendor management, regulatory documentation, and mentoring project managers. The role also uses and governs AI-enabled delivery tools, validates AI outputs, monitors agentic development KPIs, and drives cross-functional decisions and process improvements.
