Leads the client-facing delivery organization across implementations, professional services, and client education. Oversees complex financial technology implementations, data conversions, partner performance, project scoping, budgeting, staffing, training, risk management, and executive client escalations. Establishes delivery methodologies, quality gates, metrics, and readiness standards while ensuring on-time launches, accurate data, client preparedness, services revenue, and effective transition to support.

Leads Blossom’s client-facing delivery organization across implementations, professional services, client education, data conversions, and partner management. Oversees complex financial technology deployments, delivery standards, budgets, resource capacity, scope and estimates, client readiness, data integrity, and executive escalations. Manages delivery teams and third-party partners while ensuring predictable launches, effective training, support handoffs, services revenue realization, and continuous performance improvement across core banking, digital, cards, AI, and hardware products.

Supports revenue and billing operations, including customer invoicing, accounts receivable, cash application, deferred revenue, reconciliations, journal entries, pricing updates, and month-end reporting. Maintains billing schedules and revenue records under U.S. GAAP and ASC 606, investigates discrepancies, prepares commission calculations and variance analyses, and reconciles Sage Intacct with source systems. The role also supports audits, collections, compliance requests, and process improvements.

Lead FP&A for budgeting, rolling forecasts, cash forecasting, and financial models across software and hardware lines. Produce management, board, and investor reporting, partner with Product/Sales/Accounting, run pricing processes and develop pricing models, support deal structuring, and improve FP&A infrastructure and data quality.

Own and scale Blossom's end-to-end lead generation engine using AI-native tools. Execute integrated digital campaigns across LinkedIn, social, SEO, paid, email, website, and analytics. Build AI-driven automations and agentic workflows, manage HubSpot-based nurture and rev ops, optimize content for AI discoverability, and report pipeline metrics to leadership. Produce publish-ready content, manage external vendors and direct reports, and continuously iterate campaigns to drive measurable lead and pipeline growth across credit unions and adjacent markets.
