Drive outbound prospecting and close new recurring-revenue accounts within the hospitality vertical (hotels, restaurants, resorts, casinos). Manage assigned territory and accounts, build pipeline, engage decision-makers, use Salesforce and Salesloft to run outreach cadences, upsell/cross-sell existing customers, and collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to refine messaging and reporting.

Serve as the Finance product owner owning vision, roadmap, backlog, and stakeholder alignment for financial systems (Salesforce, Zuora, Certinia, ServiceMax, CPQ). Drive process transformation across GL/AP/AR/Tax/Collections, ensure data integrity, lead agile delivery, and advise Finance on automation, compliance, and system improvements.
