Lead organizational quality strategy by embedding shift-left testing, TDD/BDD, and AI-aware V&V into SDLC. Define AI validation pipelines, prompt engineering guardrails, non-deterministic test frameworks, and human-in-the-loop checkpoints. Partner with product and engineering to raise acceptance criteria and implement tooling pilots with measurable hypotheses while coaching teams on agentic development and continuous improvement.

Investigate, evaluate, and settle complex liability claims independently. Determine coverage and liability, manage investigations, set reserves, authorize payments within authority, coordinate with legal for litigation, pursue subrogation, prepare reports, and mentor/train junior staff.

Lead and grow major loss adjusting client accounts by managing service delivery, renewals, pricing negotiations, reporting and benchmarking, driving upsells, coordinating cross-functional teams, and supporting billing, collections and staff development.
