Provides remote telephonic medical case management for injured or disabled individuals. Reviews medical records, assesses needs, coordinates treatment and return-to-work plans, communicates with patients, physicians, employers, and claims adjusters, and makes referrals for peer reviews and independent medical examinations. Maintains documentation, productivity, and quality standards while applying clinical expertise, data analysis, and customer service skills.

Manages strategic insurance client accounts, coordinates service delivery, supports proposals and renewals, analyzes claims and loss-cost trends, prepares client reporting, identifies cross-selling opportunities, and drives retention and market-share growth. Serves as the primary client contact while coordinating internal teams, billing, collections, implementations, complaints, and service improvements.

Investigates, evaluates, and settles complex liability claims, including coverage and liability determinations, reserves, payments, subrogation, litigation support, and recovery efforts. Prepares reports, participates in claim reviews, works with legal counsel, and ensures timely, equitable settlements within established authority. The role also mentors new hires and conducts training while managing advanced claims independently.
