Provides individualized career advising, assessment, case management, referrals, workshops, documentation, and follow-up for job seekers. Coordinates workforce development programs, maintains participant records, supports compliance and reporting, collaborates with business services to align training with employer needs, and helps improve center operations and participant outcomes.

Provide substance-use assessments, develop individualized intervention plans, facilitate group prevention sessions, offer counseling and relapse-prevention support, coordinate with center staff and community agencies, maintain program documentation and data, perform quality-assurance audits, and support tobacco-prevention and specimen chain-of-custody procedures.

Oversee day-to-day operations and financial performance of multiple Job Corps centers, ensure compliance with laws and contract metrics, develop budgets, foster partnerships with DOL and community organizations, lead staff development, implement quality assurance and corporate initiatives, and support business development to retain and grow center operations.
