Maintain an organized, customer-ready store by processing inbound deliveries, stocking the sales floor, managing inventory and price changes, supporting floor moves, auditing shrinkage, and upholding cleanliness and operational standards while assisting customers as needed.

Provide friendly, efficient customer service at cash wrap and sales floor. Operate POS, handle cash/media, receive and process shipments, maintain stockroom and visual merchandising, support loss prevention, and assist team to meet store needs.

Serve as the frontline brand ambassador delivering personalized luxury service, meeting sales KPIs, using mobile POS and clienteling tools, supporting omni-channel transactions, maintaining floor and stockroom operations, merchandising, inventory processing, and participating in brand training and team initiatives.
