Implement, customize, and configure IBM TRIRIGA for enterprise facilities management. Lead end-to-end TRIRIGA implementations, produce FRDD and technical documentation, support testing, and collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to deliver solutions within cloud environments.

Lead programming, configuration, testing, startup and commissioning of DDC building automation systems (Niagara N4). Design control hardware/software, troubleshoot networks/databases, integrate BACnet/LON/Modbus, perform installations, provide owner training, supervise subcontractors, maintain project documentation, and support project management. Position requires physical work and minimum 25% travel.

Manage planning, scheduling, coordination, execution, and closeout of multiple concurrent construction projects (building controls and facility modernization). Lead client and subcontractor communications, maintain project controls and schedules in Microsoft Project, monitor budgets and risks, provide on-site leadership, and ensure projects meet scope, quality, safety, and governance standards.
