Implement, customize, and configure IBM TRIRIGA for enterprise facilities management. Lead end-to-end TRIRIGA implementations, produce FRDD and technical documentation, support testing, and collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to deliver solutions within cloud environments.

Collects, cleans, validates, analyzes, and interprets facilities and infrastructure data from multiple operational systems. Develops dashboards, metrics, recurring reports, and performance tracking tools for Army Reserve facilities leadership. Maintains data integrity and supports governance, reporting compliance, user assistance, data-entry standards, and coordination among operations, maintenance, and engineering stakeholders. Identifies inconsistencies and recommends improvements to data quality, system usability, and operational efficiency.

Coordinates strategic outreach, ambassador programs, stakeholder engagement, community relations, events, communications, and executive support for Army Reserve facilities initiatives. Manages program administration, databases, reports, budgets, travel logistics, conferences, websites, newsletters, and digital engagement. Builds relationships with government officials, military personnel, community leaders, and industry partners while supporting leadership communications and regional awareness. Requires strong organization, communication, event planning, and relationship-management skills, plus eligibility for a favorable NACI background investigation.
