Implement, customize, and configure IBM TRIRIGA for enterprise facilities management. Lead end-to-end TRIRIGA implementations, produce FRDD and technical documentation, support testing, and collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to deliver solutions within cloud environments.

Lead programming, configuration, testing, startup and commissioning of DDC building automation systems (Niagara N4). Design control hardware/software, troubleshoot networks/databases, integrate BACnet/LON/Modbus, perform installations, provide owner training, supervise subcontractors, maintain project documentation, and support project management. Position requires physical work and minimum 25% travel.

Traveling field technician who performs site assessments, documents building controls infrastructure, assists with installation, startup, programming, troubleshooting, and commissioning of Tridium/Niagara-based BAS under senior guidance, while maintaining project documentation and following safety and site procedures.
