The role includes Manager on Duty responsibilities, collaboration with store and field leadership, policy compliance, shrink mitigation, and completion of a structured management development program.

Training role for a future Night Operations Assistant Store Manager. Oversees overnight freight operations, unload, pack out, inventory, safety, customer experience, staffing, scheduling, sales productivity, store procedures, and associate performance. Participates in a structured leadership program and collaborates with store managers, assistant managers, replenishment managers, and field teams. Requires physical activity and occasional overnight travel.

Drive non‑CDL box trucks to complete local customer deliveries, load/unload and lift items (up to 70 lbs), update order statuses via handheld device, provide direct customer service, and follow safety and DOT requirements. Interact with store and warehouse personnel and perform occasional overtime or rare overnight travel.
