Designs, develops, configures, tests, deploys, and supports Workday Payroll solutions, including integrations, business processes, reporting, security, monitoring, and performance optimization. Partners with cross-functional and product teams to deliver scalable payroll capabilities, resolve complex issues, and improve processes through automation and AI. Provides technical leadership, mentorship, and best-practice guidance to junior engineers while contributing to agile development and production support.

Conducts outside sales visits to customers’ homes and trade shows, assesses needs, recommends interior and exterior home services, prepares quotes, measures products, presents financing and warranties, negotiates sales, completes paperwork, and develops new leads. Builds relationships with Home Depot store associates and management, promotes Home Depot Installation Services offerings, attends industry events, and maintains sales profitability. The role requires frequent local travel and occasional overnight travel.

Drives sales growth and profitability through new business development, complex business expansion, customer relationship management, and sales prospecting. Cultivates professional customer relationships, conducts in-person appointments, manages sales pipelines in Salesforce, sells products and services, and meets sales and margin targets. Partners with sales support and management to deliver quoting, ordering, and transaction solutions. Requires overnight travel 20%–50% of the time.
