Oversees night freight handling, unloads, pack out/pack down, and store replenishment. Coaches and trains associates on safety and procedures, conducts quality walks, manages closing/MOD tasks, supports hiring and performance feedback, and ensures store readiness each night.

Perform inspections, preventive maintenance, and minor repairs on light construction rental equipment at stores and job sites. Document work and parts in company systems, maintain vehicle and fleet inventory, ensure DOT and MEWP compliance, train store associates/customers on equipment use, respond to service calls, and assist with deliveries and equipment deployment.

Lead a field install team to manage the post-sale install lifecycle, drive customer experience and quality via PIIs/JSIs and audits, resolve escalations, manage scheduling/job flow, use data to meet cycle time and margin goals, and train and develop associates.
