Night Replenishment Manager oversees overnight freight receiving, packout, and store replenishment. Coaches and trains associates, enforces safety and store standards, conducts quality walks, supports hiring and performance discussions, and performs Manager On Duty responsibilities to ensure store readiness and operational efficiency.

Drive non‑CDL box trucks to complete local customer deliveries, load/unload and lift items (up to 70 lbs), update order statuses via handheld device, provide direct customer service, and follow safety and DOT requirements. Interact with store and warehouse personnel and perform occasional overtime or rare overnight travel.

Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and minor repairs on light construction rental equipment at stores and job sites. Maintain inventory, complete work orders in company systems, deploy equipment, train store associates, and respond to service calls.
