Provide expert technical support for commercial and industrial water treatment systems (UV, ion exchange, filtration, reverse osmosis). Troubleshoot, manage part replacements, programming, logistics, warranty inquiries, and coordinate with third-party service contractors. Use Salesforce, review wiring diagrams/schematics/CAD, provide on-site startup assistance, and participate in rotating after-hours on-call support. Travel ~20%.

Process commercial orders end-to-end in the ERP, provide timely order status and shipping updates, support commercial reps with quotes, pricing, and documentation, resolve order or delivery issues, and assist with general sales operations to maintain customer satisfaction.

Lead national OEM sales strategy and execution to drive revenue, margin, and market share. Oversee forecasting, pipeline health, budgets, MORs, cross-functional alignment, CRM and analytics usage, and a high-performance sales culture. Travel nationally as required.
