Lead enterprise and hybrid cloud architecture strategy, define reference architectures and guardrails, guide Nutanix private cloud and public cloud integrations, mentor architects, enable self-service platforms, support executive decision-making, and ensure security, resiliency, performance, and cost optimization across platforms.

Provide B2B client support for Annual Reports and Corporate teams: respond to inquiries by phone and electronically, manage requests, navigate multiple databases, build client relationships, recommend process improvements, and maintain/grow client accounts. Work standard Hawaii business hours with provided training and opportunities for growth.

Provide multi-channel technical support for Corptax customers, validate installations, triage and resolve intermediate-level issues, document cases, review knowledge-base content, perform release testing, participate in on-call rotation, and collaborate on projects to improve support processes.

Lead global technology and cybersecurity internal audit function: design risk‑based audit plans, oversee IT/cyber audits (including third parties), assess cloud, data, AI, and resilience controls, evaluate regulatory compliance, present findings to executives and audit committee, and develop global audit teams and methodologies.

Research tax form changes and interpret tax code and regulations, guide programmers on calculation updates, test and document tax return calculations, create release notes and customer guidance, serve as subject-matter expert for assigned tax topics/states, and support product releases and team projects.

Lead and maintain the ServiceNow CMDB and ITOM capability, ensuring data integrity, CSDM alignment, discovery/service mapping, integrations, reporting, governance, and stakeholder engagement while managing cross-functional teams and driving strategic ITOM roadmap and continuous improvement.
