Manage corporate compliance and transactional needs for multinational subsidiary portfolios. Serve as primary GSM contact, coordinate with clients and internal fulfillment teams, track filings via Salesforce CRM, research jurisdictional requirements, provide status updates, facilitate client/vendor calls, maintain accurate company records, mentor junior staff, and ensure work accuracy and timeliness to meet annual compliance deadlines.

Provide product support and relationship management for assigned Corptax customers: respond to inquiries across channels, drive product adoption and satisfaction, document cases, perform triage and release testing, contribute to knowledge base and projects, and participate in rotating on-call and occasional overtime to ensure customer success and retention.

Provide B2B client support for Annual Reports and Corporate teams: respond to inquiries by phone and electronically, manage requests, navigate multiple databases, build client relationships, recommend process improvements, and maintain/grow client accounts. Work standard Hawaii business hours with provided training and opportunities for growth.

Lead second-line IT risk oversight for technology, cyber, data, and AI; perform risk assessments, vendor and control reviews, advise on new products/AI, drive remediation, policy enhancements, and executive risk reporting.

Research tax form changes and interpret tax code and regulations, guide programmers on calculation updates, test and document tax return calculations, create release notes and customer guidance, serve as subject-matter expert for assigned tax topics/states, and support product releases and team projects.

Lead implementations of Corptax compliance and provision solutions, translate tax processes into scalable configurations, improve data quality, drive automation and AI-enabled workflows, capture product feedback, and manage project execution and client communications to deliver measurable tax technology outcomes.

Design, build, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks and tooling using Playwright, C# and JavaScript/TypeScript. Implement end-to-end, integration, and performance tests, integrate into CI/CD, apply AI-assisted techniques for test generation and defect detection, troubleshoot reliability issues, mentor teams, and drive quality engineering standards and automation adoption.
