Drive new business and revenue growth by hunting and closing opportunities within law firms. Build relationships with decision-makers, manage complex sales cycles, conduct market research, deliver consultative presentations and demos, negotiate contracts, and represent the company at industry events.

Leads the architecture, design, deployment, and operation of high-volume middleware messaging and streaming platforms. Designs multi-region, multi-datacenter architectures with geo-replication, failover, disaster recovery, high availability, and low-latency performance. Evaluates messaging technologies, establishes deployment and monitoring standards, automates infrastructure, collaborates with stakeholders, and mentors junior engineers.

Provides business-to-business client support by answering inquiries, fulfilling requests, resolving problems, managing workflows, navigating databases, and maintaining customer relationships. The role requires strong communication, organization, multitasking, prioritization, accuracy, problem-solving, and computer skills. Representatives also identify process improvements and proactively recommend relevant services. The position is remote in Hawaii, operates Monday through Friday, and includes structured training.
