Own and optimize GitLab's self-serve funnel end-to-end (signup, trial, activation, monetization). Use product and event data to identify growth opportunities, run experiments, define success metrics, and partner with Engineering, Design, and Data to ship measurable improvements. Lead a small autonomous team and connect roadmap decisions to customer and revenue outcomes.

Lead and grow the Revenue Analytics team to deliver sales and customer lifecycle insights. Build forecasting, pipeline, capacity, predictive models, and customer lifecycle analytics. Drive analytics roadmap, data governance, executive reporting, and AI/BI solutions to improve sales productivity, retention, expansion, and revenue planning across GTM functions.

Support and maintain the revenue tech stack and related workflows, troubleshoot and provision user access, coordinate vendors, identify and implement integration and automation improvements, build reporting and dashboards, document processes, and partner cross-functionally to improve tool adoption and efficiency in a fully remote environment.
