Owns execution and business outcomes for the Chief Customer Officer’s strategic programs, including go-to-market transformation, renewals, retention, product feedback, and executive account engagement. Converts executive priorities into coordinated workstreams, aligns senior stakeholders, tracks program health and ARR-related outcomes, surfaces risks, drives accountability, and recommends scope or sequencing changes. Builds operating standards and a scalable programs function in a globally distributed environment.

Partners with engineering and finance leaders to manage cloud and AI infrastructure expenses, maintain forecasts, perform month-end close activities, analyze billing and operational data, support planning cycles, and provide financial insights and recommendations. Builds financial models, investigates variances, collaborates cross-functionally, and uses AI tools to automate finance workflows in a distributed asynchronous environment.

Build backend platforms and reusable tooling that enable engineering teams to conduct performance testing, analysis, benchmarking, and optimization through self-service workflows. Develop AI-assisted engineering capabilities, improve performance reporting and trend visibility, create documentation and templates, and influence teams to integrate performance testing into development and release processes. Partner broadly with development teams while providing expertise on complex performance challenges and scalable platform capabilities.
