Leads architecture and systems engineering for complex medical imaging products and interoperable radiology workflows. Defines requirements, system interfaces, features, acceptance criteria, and verification needs while guiding cross-functional teams across design, integration, deployment, sustaining engineering, and product improvement. Partners with Product Management, Marketing, Quality, Regulatory, and Clinical Affairs on roadmaps and compliance. Applies expertise in DICOM, PACS, enterprise infrastructure, diagnostic displays, and medical device standards. Represents customer needs, resolves complex technical issues, supports CAPA and audits, and travels regularly to customer sites.

Supports pricing execution, deal economics, gross margin analysis, pricing committee preparation, and contract compliance for Hologic’s Diagnostic Solutions business. The role analyzes pricing and purchasing data, validates multiple data sources, identifies price realization gaps, maintains pricing tools, and partners with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Analytics to operationalize pricing initiatives. It also uses Excel, BI tools, and AI tools such as Claude to accelerate analysis, deal support, reporting, and compliance monitoring.

Lead payer contracting and network strategy for oncology diagnostic products in the western U.S.; negotiate reimbursement rates and contract terms; build payer relationships; align cross-functionally with clinical, commercial, finance, legal, and outcomes teams; manage assigned accounts, track contracting activities, and drive access and reimbursement objectives.
