Lead global SAP P2M and R2R strategy and delivery, acting as solution architect and hands-on technical lead. Drive S/4HANA transformations, integrations, governance, and process optimization. Manage and develop global teams, oversee support operations, vendor relationships, budgets, risk, compliance, and audit readiness.

Perform hands-on precision inspections (incoming, first article, in-process, final) of machined, sheet metal, and fabricated parts using manual CMMs and handheld gauges. Read/interpert engineering drawings and GD&T, generate inspection and nonconformance reports, support root cause/corrective actions, audit processes, train junior inspectors, and collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and suppliers to resolve quality issues.

Lead and perform floor-level quality inspections (incoming, in-process, final) in a semiconductor service environment. Validate inspection results, document defects, contain non-conforming material, support root-cause investigations and corrective actions, train and mentor technicians, partner with production to reduce defects, and participate in continuous improvement (Lean/Kaizen) initiatives while maintaining cleanroom and chemical-processing safety standards.
