Leads technology strategy, product roadmaps, customer engagement, and commercialization for chemistry solutions used in semiconductor deposition and removal processes. Partners with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, and strategic customers to drive product development, technology investment, market growth, competitive positioning, and successful qualification. Requires extensive leadership experience in semiconductor equipment, advanced manufacturing, wet processes, and ALD/ALE technologies.

Manages production planning and control for assigned production lines, ensuring material availability, schedule adherence, and timely delivery. Coordinates with vendors, purchasing, engineering, quality, and operations to resolve shortages, purchase order issues, inspections, and production control problems. Maintains supplier relationships, manages purchase order lifecycle activities, clears receiving vendor notifications, and supports quality and customer delivery requirements in a quick-turn, engineer-to-order environment.

Leads the company’s SOX compliance program, risk-based internal audits, operational and financial audits, enterprise risk assessments, and strategic risk advisory initiatives. Manages co-sourced audit providers, evaluates internal controls, monitors remediation, supports ERP and digital transformation projects, and presents findings to executive leadership and the Audit Committee. Supervises audit professionals, develops recommendations, and promotes data analytics and AI-enabled auditing techniques.
