Manage a Customer Solutions team to ensure exceptional order lifecycle support: oversee escalations, optimize workflows, analyze metrics, coordinate cross-functionally, develop staff capabilities, and drive process improvements to improve service quality and retention.

Lead design and implementation of complex, enterprise-impact engineering solutions. Act as subject-matter expert, define standards and architecture, resolve high‑complexity issues, mentor engineers, collaborate cross‑functionally, evaluate emerging technologies, and contribute to long‑range technical roadmaps and compliance.

Perform chemical and manual parts cleaning in a cleanroom, following SOPs and safety protocols. Operate machines, prepare chemistry tanks, log SPC data, inspect/package parts, and support quality and Lean processes. Requires PPE use, handling hazardous chemicals, and flexible schedule availability.
