Leads site-level process development, equipment design, new product introductions, equipment installations, yield optimization, and continuous improvement for semiconductor manufacturing. Applies mass, momentum, and heat transfer principles to scale processes and design equipment. Provides technical leadership, troubleshoots production issues, supports customers and sales, and collaborates with Operations, Quality, and Engineering teams to improve efficiency, safety, compliance, and output.

Designs, deploys, manages, and supports enterprise data center infrastructure, including VMware, Nutanix, storage, networking, Windows and Linux servers, cloud platforms, disaster recovery, identity management, Microsoft 365, and email security. The role serves as an infrastructure subject matter expert, oversees system performance, availability, compliance, lifecycle management, automation, and cost optimization, and supports infrastructure troubleshooting and projects.

Leads sales strategy and business development for semiconductor equipment markets, driving revenue growth, market share, OEM opportunities, customer relationships, onboarding, forecasting, and cross-functional alignment with product development, R&D, NPI, and manufacturing teams. Conducts market analysis, develops strategic plans, presents insights to executives, and guides product improvements based on customer and market needs.
