Lead the enterprise authentication platform strategy and modernization roadmap, including passkeys, passwordless authentication, biometrics, MFA, device trust, and adaptive authentication. Direct product managers and align engineering, cybersecurity, fraud, architecture, risk, and digital teams. Define platform priorities, architecture direction, performance measures, investment needs, and legacy retirement while influencing senior executives and balancing security, customer experience, fraud prevention, accessibility, and regulatory requirements.
