Lead product strategy and roadmap ownership for high-priority Coursera and Udemy platform initiatives, including AI-powered content creation and creator experiences. Define end-to-end solutions, translate customer and market insights into scalable products, and lead execution from ideation through launch. Partner with Engineering, Design, and Data teams, make independent product decisions, measure outcomes, mentor peers, and advance AI-first learning experiences.

Own high-priority consumer portfolio growth opportunities from diagnosis through execution. Analyze performance, identify and prioritize investments, develop growth strategies, design experiments, and lead cross-functional teams across Product, Marketing, Content, Data, Finance, and Partner organizations. Drive measurable improvements in revenue, paid conversion, retention, and lifetime value while balancing short-term results with long-term learner and category growth.

Serve as the Enterprise GM's strategic partner to drive multi-year strategy, cross-functional integration, operational excellence, and executive decision-making. Lead complex organizational change, design operating models, synthesize cross-business insights, align priorities and resources, and mobilize senior stakeholders to execute company-level initiatives.
