Perform Quality of Earnings analyses and financial due diligence for buy- and sell-side M&A. Analyze historical and projected financials, assess working capital and net debt, prepare diligence reports and data books, support valuation and transaction structuring, manage client interactions, and assist business development and pitch materials.

Lead architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise integrations using Boomi iPaaS. Serve as technical lead on engagements, run discovery, create scalable secure solutions, enforce standards, oversee testing and deployments, mentor junior engineers, support pre-sales and client communications, and integrate ERPs/CRMs/HCMs (e.g., NetSuite, Dynamics, ADP). Drive continuous improvement of integration tooling and practices.

Lead advisory engagements for manufacturing clients: review financial reporting, analyze KPIs and benchmarking, present findings, support budgeting/forecasting, provide technical accounting guidance, identify process improvements, and mentor staff while leveraging offshore resources.
