Own customer AI product deployments from discovery through launch, coordinating with customer teams, Product, and Engineering. Analyze imperfect customer data, identify discrepancies and blockers, communicate risks and decisions, and translate deployment learnings into product improvements. Establish repeatable deployment processes and documentation while ensuring successful launches. The role requires analytical problem-solving, customer communication, cross-functional ownership, and hands-on execution in a fast-growing AI startup.
