Accountant (San Francisco - Remote)

Position will be within the Accounting Team, reporting directly to the Accounting Manager. This position requires knowledge of GAAP, an interest in corporate accounting, and motivation to contribute to a constantly evolving business. The ideal candidate for this position is dynamic, motivated, diligent, capable, and can:

• Complete month-end close responsibilities including preparing journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and supporting schedules
• Receive customer invoices, route for and collect approval, prepare payments
• Review employee expense reports for compliance with expense policy. Identify and research discrepancies.
• Perform other general ledger accounting tasks as directed

• BA/BS with a concentration in Finance or Accounting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• NetSuite experience preferred
• 2+ years’ experience in accounting, mid-to-large-sized tech or high-growth company

• A sense of humor, positivity, and a roll up your sleeves “can do” attitude are absolute musts
• Ability to pivot quickly when needed
• Comfortable collaborating effectively within a dynamic, fast-paced, rapid-growth environment
• Independent and proactive self-starter who operates with a strong sense of ownership for projects and results, excellent business judgment.
