We build unforgettable experiences by pushing the boundaries of creativity, authenticity and innovation across every genre.

Our portfolio is brought to life by some of the most influential game development studios in the world. Visual Concepts, Firaxis Games, Hangar 13, Cat Daddy Games, 31st Union, Cloud Chamber, Gearbox, HB Studios, and 2K SportsLab create world-class experiences across platforms.

But what truly powers 2K is our people. We believe the best ideas come from teams that feel empowered, supported, and inspired. As an equal opportunity employer, we are committed to fostering a diverse, inclusive workplace where people are encouraged to come as they are and do their best work.

What We Need

As the Associate Creative Producer, Core within our Creative and Player Services team, you will be the engine room of our global marketing campaigns across Core games titles. You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle of marketing assets - from high-impact cinematic trailers and key art to social media beats and performance marketing collateral. You will sit at the intersection of Brand, Creative, and Production, ensuring that every project is delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standard.

What You’ll Do
  • Project Lifecycle Management: Help oversee the production pipeline for global marketing assets across our Core games titles. Work with the Lead producer and project manager to define project scopes, create detailed schedules, and manage resource allocation.

  • Stakeholder Orchestration: Act as the primary liaison between Brand Managers in the Business Units and the internal Creative team and external vendors to deliver high-impact content including trailers, social, in-game, statics, CRM, copywriting.

  • Budget Oversight: Ensure all projects remain within their fiscal guardrails, flagging in advance if a project will be incurring overages. Support the PMs with getting contracts open for all work and work with the Brand teams to ensure vendors POs are open & paid out on time.

  • Pipeline Optimization: Hold the line to maintain production workflows between the Business Units and the marketing teams. Iterate on these workflows with the Lead Producer and Operations teams as needed to improve processes.

  • Quality Control: Ensure all assets meet brand guidelines, legal & ratings requirements, and platform or channel specifications (Social, Sony, Microsoft, Nintendo).

  • Risk Mitigation: Identify potential bottlenecks in the creative process early and implement solutions to keep the "master ship" on course.

What Will Make You A Great Fit
  • 2-3 years in production or relevant experience in Gaming, Creative Agency, or Entertainment.

  • An understanding of the game development cycle and marketing milestones (Wishlist, Announce, Launch).

  • Familiarity with project management & tools, particularly Adobe Workfront, AEM Assets. Miro, Adobe Creative Suite familiarity is a plus.

  • Production minded, some knowledge of creative asset production and video post-production workflows a plus.

  • Ability to "translate" creative feedback into actionable tasks.

The Ideal Candidate
  • You are a "Calm in the Storm" person: When a trailer deadline is 24 hours away and a build crashes, you are the one with the Plan B.

  • You speak "Dev" and "Marketing": You understand that a developer needs time for polish, but the marketing team needs a screenshot now. You find the middle ground.

  • Process-Driven: You follow established workflows. When things aren’t working you assist in assessing, iterating and building a better one.

  • Gaming Passion: You don't need to be a pro-gamer, but you understand why a "UI-off" screenshot is better for a vibe-check than a raw gameplay dump.

Bonus Points
  • Experience on a central services team or working cross functionally.

  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and creative asset pipelines.

  • Familiarity with Unreal Engine (specifically as it pertains to Cinematics/Sequencer).

  • Experience working with Social media teams.
