About the Role:
The Growth team is responsible for driving Envoy's overall product usage and user growth. This team strives to share the full value of Envoy's products with customers via in-product awareness and all kinds of experiments. This team's goal is to increase the ratio of self-serve transactions on the platform.

You will
- Build the core backend system components and create self-serve product features
- Design and improve the foundational infrastructure that powers a variety of experiments
- Drive engineering projects from inception to completion with a sense of urgency
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to plan and execute on product engineering roadmap
You have
- 3+ years of software engineering experience or coding experience
- BS / MS in Computer Science or a related technical field
- Created and supported APIs (REST, JSON/HTTP, GraphQL)
- Worked closely with Web or Mobile clients
Nice to have
- Experience with Ruby, Java, or Kotlin
- Experience with DBs - SQL / NoSQL
- Experience with Heroku or AWS
- Experience with growth related projects
- Experience A/B testing methodology
- Experience building and maintaining reliable, performant systems
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Experience contributing to open-source project or library
