This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys using technical expertise, critical thinking, and collaboration to influence results, support peers, and enhance revenue cycle efficiency. If you are passionate about solving intricate problems and improving processes through data-driven insights, this role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our operational performance and the overall success of the revenue cycle.

  • Expert understanding of The Life Cycle of a Claim

  • A noted ability to apply critical thinking to evaluate complex cases, identify solutions, and make informed decisions

  • Intermediate proficiency with Google Sheets/Excel, with the skills to format data, create basic charts, and create pivot tables independently

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience billing and collecting in mental/behavioral health space

  • Working knowledge of medical coding, including the ability to identify coding-related denials, recognize billing discrepancies and support claim resolution (CPC certification a plus)

  • Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems, billing software, and platforms such as AdvancedMD, eClinicalWorks, athenahealth, etc.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, maintain a high attention to detail, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

  • 2+ years of experience interacting with offshore vendors, either/or as a partner, or leading directly

We're serious about your well-being! As part of our team, full-time employees receive:

  • 100% remote work environment: Working hours to support a healthy work-life balance, ensuring you can meet both professional and personal commitments (must be based in United States, currently not hiring in Hawaii)
