WalkMe is looking for an experienced data analyst who is familiar with B2B SaaS processes and metrics. You will have a "5-Why" mentality and be eager to dive deeper to uncover trends that help guide the operational efficiency of the Finance & Sales Management teams. You will report to the Business Intelligence Director.
What You'll Own
- Work with CFO Operations, Finance management & Sales Finance management teams
- Build digestible BI dashboards as a strategic planning & tracking tool for the Financial Planning and Analysis management
- Perform data analysis to support the Investors Relations team and the Sales Commission planning
- Help the CFO operations with ongoing analysis, (e.g. our small business customer segment analysis, cross-functional teaming)
- Perform research to get data on WalkMe's addressable market, and on WalkMe's customers, based on external sources
- Oversee Ad hoc analysis, reporting, and presentation building
What You Need to Succeed
- Bachelors' degree in a related field.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in data analysis/BI positions- B2B SaaS industry experience
- Strong business acumen in the following fields: Finance (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow), SaaS metrics (ARR, retention, churn), Sales commissions & compensation
- Good understanding of BI models and architecture
- Intermediate SQL skills
- BI front-end development experience - Tableau is a big advantage- Independent, self-managed, conscious of timelines
