About This Opportunity

Judit Inc. is hiring on behalf of one of our largest clients — a global technology leader in consumer electronics, semiconductors, and mobile communications. This is a temporary, contract position: you'll be employed by Judit Inc. and work directly alongside our client's team.

The description below is our client's overview of the background, skills, and experience they're looking for. If you meet most — but not all — of these, we still want to hear from you. Your Judit recruiter will walk you through the day-to-day work, schedule, pay, and contract length before anything moves forward.

What you'll do

You'll keep a team's operations running smoothly: managing vendor relationships from onboarding through payment, tracking budgets and approvals, coordinating several projects at once, and improving how tools, workflows, and internal communication work across teams. You'll partner with HR, Finance, IT, and Legal to remove bottlenecks and keep projects aligned.

  • Act as the main point of contact for vendors: guide onboarding, monitor invoicing and payments, build strong relationships, and resolve internal approval issues so procurement stays on time
  • Oversee how tools are managed and integrated, keeping their use efficient and centralized across teams
  • Manage and track multiple projects at once so deadlines, deliverables, and milestones are met
  • Manage and track financial approvals, budgets, and expenses for projects and vendor/partner relationships
  • Develop and carry out strategies to improve internal communications; gather employee feedback to measure what's working, and act as liaison to close gaps and improve transparency
  • Work with HR, Finance, IT, Legal, and other teams to streamline processes and keep projects aligned
  • Continuously evaluate and improve operational workflows to raise efficiency and reduce bottlenecks
  • Bring careful attention to detail to complex, ambiguous problems

What you'll bring

  • 3+ years of experience in project management, operations, or a similar role focused on cross-functional collaboration
  • Experience with financial tracking and budget management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including SharePoint, and Airtable
  • The ability to manage multiple projects at once and move quickly when priorities shift
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfort with uncertainty, and the flexibility to deliver high-quality results
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strategic thinking paired with hands-on, tactical execution
  • The client's top skills for this role: vendor management, process improvement, and employee relations

Nice to have

  • Experience with project management tools, and an interest in learning new ones

Work details

  • Location: Mountain View, CA — fully onsite
  • Contract length: about 9 months
  • Pay: $35.00–$41.00/hr (W-2)
